It is a medium-sized enterprise that produces cement products such as ball mills, dryers, high-chromium cast iron and shaft kiln, and has 1,085 employees. In order to change the phenomenon of egalitarianism and eating “big pots” that have followed many years of distribution, a floating wage system that determines personal income according to the results of labor has been implemented. That is, 40 yuan out of the basic salary of each production worker (equivalent to two
