目的:观察心肌炎胶囊对异丙基肾上腺素性心肌损伤的保护作用,为其临床上用于防治病毒性心肌炎提供依据。方法:大剂量异而基肾上腺素造成鼠心肌损伤模型,观察心肌炎胶囊对心肌组织MDA浓度,SOD活性,心肌组织钙、镁含量及组织含水量的影响,并观察心肌细胞的超微结构。结果:心肌炎胶囊能够明显降低MDA浓度,升高SOD活性,阻滞钙离子过度内流(P〈0.01),对心肌细胞的超微结构有明显保护作用。结论:心肌炎胶囊具有降低MDA浓度,升高SOD活性,阻滞钙离子过度内流作用,可能为其治疗病毒性心肌炎的部分作用机制。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of myocarditis capsule on isoproterenol-induced myocardial injury and provide evidence for its clinical application in the prevention and treatment of viral myocarditis. METHODS: Large doses of iso-adrenergic induced myocardial injury model in rats. The effects of myocarditis capsules on MDA concentration, SOD activity, calcium and magnesium content and water content of myocardial tissue were observed, and the ultrastructure of myocardial cells was observed. Results: Myocarditis capsule can significantly reduce MDA concentration, increase SOD activity, block calcium influx (P<0.01), and have obvious protective effect on myocardial ultrastructure. Conclusion: Myocarditis capsules may reduce the MDA concentration, increase SOD activity, and block the excessive influx of calcium ions, which may be part of its mechanism of action for the treatment of viral myocarditis.
