已有结构加固是对可靠性不足或业主要求提高可靠度的承重结构,构件及其相关部分采取增强,局部更换或调整其内力等措施,使其具有现行设计规范及业主所要求的安全性,耐久性和适用性。西城区既有建筑抗震加固工程施工中同时采用粘钢加固技术、附加型钢法加固技术、框架柱CGM灌浆料增大截面加固技术等多项加固技术。通过以上几项加固技术的施工方法和质量控制措施,总结了相关经验,积累了技术资料,为后续承接类似工程提供技术支持与借鉴。
