当今社会,对知识型员工的需求越来越大,尤其是对于行业内的竞争、跨行业之间的合作,知识的革新与资源的配置等都需要这样一个特殊的群体——知识型员工来实现。知识型员工指的是本身已具备较强的学习能力、并且擅于将所拥有的知识、技能高效地运用到其工作中。同时,知识型员工在一定程度上具备创新能力,对新事物有着较强的敏感度和快速的反应能力。可以这样说,知识型员工这一群体是“脑力劳动者”。在新经济时代,对人才的需求和对信息的获取是企业发展进步的重要因素。因此,当今社会管理活动的新目标之一即是——如何更大程度地激发知识型员工的自身潜能。自我国从2001年加入世界贸易组织(WTO)以后,经济的发展需要及全球化的快速推进要求我国企业必须不断成长和壮大。因此,各企业之间的竞争重点在很大程度上就是知识型员工之间的竞争。企业要想长期立足于激烈的市场竞争中,就要对知识型员工这一群体进行有效的管理,使其为企业创造更大的价值,提升其核心竞争力。本文以理论知识为基础,分析知识型员工的起源、特殊性及必要性,进而以明德管理咨询公司为例,深入探究当前企业对于知识型员工管理的现状及存在的问题,最后提出对知识型员工管理的建议。
In today’s society, the demand for knowledge workers is getting bigger and bigger, especially for the competition within the industry, the cooperation among different industries, the innovation of knowledge and the allocation of resources all need such a special group - knowledge workers achieve. Knowledge workers refer to themselves as having strong learning ability, and are good at using their knowledge and skills effectively in their work. In the new economic era, the demand for qualified personnel and the access to information are important factors in the development and progress of enterprises. Therefore, one of the new goals of today’s social management activities is how to arouse knowledge workers to their fullest potential. Since our country joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2001, the needs of economic development and the rapid globalization have required that our enterprises must continue to grow and expand. Therefore, the competition among enterprises is to a large extent the competition among knowledge workers. In order to long-term foothold in the fierce market competition, enterprises should effectively manage the group of knowledge workers so that they can create greater value for the enterprise and enhance their core competitiveness. Based on the theoretical knowledge, this article analyzes the origin, particularity and necessity of knowledge workers, and then takes Mingde Management Consulting Company as an example to probe deeply into the current situation and existing problems of knowledge workers management in enterprises.
