我院自1987年以来采用液电效应治疗创伤性尿道梗阻3例,效果良好,现报告如下。一、资料和方法3例均为男性,年龄24～49岁。病程3～17个月。骨盆骨折2例伴后尿道损伤,骑跨伤1例为球部尿道损伤。狭窄长0.5～2.0cm.完全闭塞2例,高度狭窄1例。3例患者伤后因排尿困难均在外院行永久性膀胱造瘘。采用西德WOlf 2135型高压脉冲发生器。低拉硬膜外麻醉,取膀胱截石位,
