通过对煤与瓦斯突出主要影响因素的研究,提出基于应力和瓦斯浓度动态变化特征的掘进面煤与瓦斯突出实时监测预警方法——SMD法,建立以钻孔应力增量和瓦斯浓度时间序列变化特征为判定指标的突出预报模糊综合预测模型,可以确定掘进面煤与瓦斯突出指标值。在此基础上,研制掘进面煤与瓦斯突出监测预警系统,该系统能够实时监测掘进面围岩应力动态变化以及煤体瓦斯浓度动态变化情况,对煤与瓦斯突出危险区及其危险程度进行实时监测预警。通过在矿山的现场应用,表明该系统能够比较准确地预报突出危险区及其危险程度,保障突出危险工作面的作业安全。
Based on the study of the main influencing factors of coal and gas outburst, a real-time monitoring and warning method for coal and gas outburst based on the dynamic changes of stress and gas concentration is proposed.
