Objective: To explore the value of full-responsibility nursing model in first-patient hemodialysis patients in nursing management. Methods: Sixty patients selected from hospital for hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The observation group took the first diagnosis full-responsibility nursing mode management, the control group took the routine nursing management, and designed the questionnaire to compare the two groups’ nursing post quality, self-management behavior and satisfaction. Results: The observation group had the knowledge of nurses, the scores of hemodialysis nursing and disinfection and isolation were (25.20 ± 1.60) points and (38.20 ± 2.40) points and (28.60 ± 1.50) respectively, which were significantly higher than those of the control group. The diet control, treatment compliance and daily living independence score (29.20 ± 2.80), (38.20 ± 2.60) points and (27.50 ± 2.40) points in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The degree of satisfaction in the observation group was 93.80%, which was higher than that in the control group (79.20%, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The first diagnosis full-care mode can improve compliance and satisfaction of hemodialysis patients.
