在变工质量气体制冷机(如斯特林,埃里克森,麦克马洪—吉福特以及脉管制冷机)中的再生热交换伴随有气流的压力变化以及在蓄冷器中的气体积聚。在本文的研究中,我们考虑了填料热容量的影响以及在温度,流率和气体压力之间的相位关系。对于一个偏微分方程的准线性系统,为了获得其近似解,采用了“最小平方”变化方法以保证其解在大体上有最佳的精确性。最终近似解的精确性通过与适用的实验数据作分析比较而得到了证实。所获得的关系式被用来分析气体制冷机用蓄冷器的特性。
Regenerative heat exchange in variable-mass gas chillers, such as Stirling, Erichsen, McMahon-Guitart, and pulse tube chillers, is accompanied by pressure changes in gas flow and gas accumulation in the regenerator. In this study, we consider the effect of filler heat capacity and the phase relationship between temperature, flow rate and gas pressure. For a quasi-linear system of partial differential equations, in order to obtain its approximate solution, a method of “least squares” variation is used to ensure that the solution has generally the best accuracy. The accuracy of the final approximate solution was confirmed by analysis and comparison with applicable experimental data. The relation obtained is used to analyze the characteristics of the regenerator for gas refrigerators.
