目的了解淮南市田家庵区某2×600 MW规模燃煤发电厂产生的主要职业病危害因素,对其进行职业病危害风险评估。方法对该电厂进行职业卫生现场调查,并对其主要存在的职业病危害因素进行检测,根据调查、检测结果和健康查体资料进行风险评估。结果除灰系统灰库处的游离二氧化硅粉尘含量为11.56%~16.75%,属矽尘;定点粉尘测试22个作业点,合格率90.90%;噪声测试14个作业岗位,合格率为71.4%;高温测试2个作业岗位,均不合格;化学毒物测试19个点次,合格率100%。结论该厂主要职业病危害因素为粉尘(尤其是矽尘)、噪声、高温,需重点防护。
Objective To understand the major occupational hazards that occur in a 2 × 600 MW coal-fired power plant in Tianjiatuan, Huainan, and to assess the risk of occupational diseases. Methods A field investigation on occupational health of the power plant was conducted and the main occupational hazards were tested. The risk assessment was conducted according to the survey, the test results and the health examination data. Results The content of free silica dust in the ash storage system was 11.56% ~ 16.75%, which belonged to silica dust. The fixed-point dust test was performed at 22 operation points with the passing rate of 90.90%. The noise test of 14 workstations achieved a pass rate of 71.4% ; 2 high temperature test jobs, are unqualified; chemical poison test 19 points, the pass rate of 100%. Conclusion The main occupational hazards of the plant are dust (especially silica dust), noise and high temperature, and the key protection is needed.
