制取急冷带材的单辊法是将熔化的金属流连续浇注在高速旋转的冷辊面上急冷成薄带的方法。本文假定了初始和边界条件,分析急冷过程的平均热流密度模型和物理模型,确定了转辊温度场的估算公式。用实验中测出的转辊温度场,对提出的估算公式进行验证。表明近辊面温度只有4%误差。随着浇注时间增加,辊面温升呈直线上升,冷却速率逐渐减少直至不能形成非晶带材。本文简介转辊温度测量的实验装置,分析了整
Preparation of quenched strip single roll method is the molten metal flow continuous casting high-speed rotating cold roll surface quenched into thin strip method. In this paper, the initial and boundary conditions are assumed. The average heat flux density and physical model of the quench process are analyzed, and the formula for estimating the temperature field of the roller is established. The temperature field of the roller measured in the experiment is used to verify the proposed estimation formula. That the near roller surface temperature is only 4% error. With the increase of pouring time, the temperature rise of the roll increases linearly, and the cooling rate gradually decreases until the amorphous strip can not be formed.
