前言近年来,普遍开展防止故障的研究工作,从故障后的维修到故障前的保全,包括采取故障预测、预防性措施来防止故障的发生。油泵的维修,历来都是采用简单地测定排出流量和压力关系的液压试验,或凭借检验人员的经验,来推断泵的损伤状况。由于不能事先检测损伤的程度,常常是一旦发现异常情况,故障也随之而产生。本社对建筑机械配套的油泵,通过测定振动变化来检测油泵损伤的程度,并采用微处理机进行数据分析处理,从而达到故障诊断。该装置为HICLAS-A,目前已达实用化阶段。本社服务部采用该装置进行故障早期诊断,在降低维修成本、提高机械可靠性和实现计划性管理等方面取得了显著效果。下面以齿轮泵、柱塞泵为例,概述HICLAS-A装置。
Preface In recent years, the research work on preventing failures has been carried out universally. From the maintenance after the fault to the preservation before the fault, the fault prediction and preventive measures are taken to prevent the fault from happening. Oil pump maintenance has traditionally used hydraulic tests that simply measure the relationship between discharge flow and pressure, or rely on the inspector’s experience to infer pump damage. Since it is not possible to detect the extent of the damage in advance, it is often the case that an abnormal situation is found and the malfunction arises. The Society of construction machinery supporting the pump, vibration changes by measuring the extent of damage detected by the pump and the use of microprocessors for data analysis and processing, so as to achieve fault diagnosis.
