目的:通过观察老年女性骨质疏松症患者骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(AKP)数值的变化,研究鲑鱼降钙素和钙剂治疗对老年女性骨质疏松症患者骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(AKP)的影响,探讨临床上治疗老年女性骨质疏松症的方法。方法:随机将研究对象分为试验组和对照组,分别于0、12及24周后比较2组治疗前后及组间BGP、AKP的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,12及24周后,血清骨钙素和骨碱性磷酸酶的值明显下降。结论:鲑鱼降钙素治疗老年女性骨质疏松症具有抑制骨吸收,促进骨形成的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of osteocalcin (BGP) and bone alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in elderly women with osteoporosis and to investigate the effects of calcitonin and calcium on osteocalcin in elderly women with osteoporosis (BGP) and bone alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods: The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The changes of BGP and AKP before and after treatment and between two groups were compared at 0, 12 and 24 weeks after treatment. RESULTS: Serum levels of osteocalcin and bone alkaline phosphatase were significantly reduced 12 and 24 weeks after treatment. Conclusion: Salmon calcitonin treatment of elderly women with osteoporosis inhibit bone resorption and promote bone formation.
