国有企业作为市场主体,同样面临为债权人提供担保或要求债务人提供担保。现行法律体制对国有企业对外担保有着不少限制。国有企业要依法对外提供担保,把对外提供担保与国有企业经营目标统一起来。
As state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises also face the issue of providing guarantees to creditors or requiring the debtor to provide guarantees. The current legal system has a lot of restrictions on foreign state-owned enterprises. State-owned enterprises should provide guarantees to the outside world in accordance with the law and unify the guarantee provided by the outside with the business objectives of state-owned enterprises.
