土地资源为人类的生产与生活提供了活动空间、承载场所,也是社会经济发展的必要物资基础。作为一个有着几千年历史的农业大国,在中国,土地更是农民安身立命之根本。近年来由于市场经济的发展,城市化进程速度的加快,农村集体土地被大量征用。本文主要结合城市化进程中土地征用的现实情况,从农民权益的具体表现出发,并试图从多个方面寻求维护农民权益的途径,从而完善土地征用制度。
Land resources provide space for human beings to produce and live, and host places. They are also the necessary material basis for social and economic development. As a large agricultural country with thousands of years of history, in China, land is the foundation for peasants to make their own lives. In recent years, due to the development of market economy and the acceleration of urbanization, a large amount of rural collective land has been expropriated. Based on the actual situation of land acquisition in the process of urbanization, this paper starts from the concrete manifestation of peasants’ rights and interests and tries to find ways to safeguard the rights and interests of peasants in many aspects so as to improve the system of land acquisition.
