本文的主要目的在于论证轮轴加工装配达到互换的可能性。文章首先论述了机车车辆工业的发展对互换性的迫切要求,以及国外水平与国内现状。对轴的加工,作者从国内量仪的生产水平以及其他行业采用主动测量的效果进行了分析,认为采用磨削主动测量的工件公差控制在0.02mm 之内是可行的。轮孔加工建议采用加工后测量信息反馈控制的方案,采用后工件公差控制在0.02mm 之内也是可行的。
The main purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the possibility of interchangeability of the machining of the axle. The article first discusses the urgent requirement of interchangeability of the development of locomotive and rolling stock industry, as well as the foreign level and the domestic present situation. The processing of the shaft, the author from the domestic production level meter and other industries using the active measurement results were analyzed, that the use of active grinding tolerance measurement of workpiece tolerance within 0.02mm is feasible. Wheel hole machining recommended measurement information processing feedback control program, the use of workpiece tolerance control within 0.02mm is also feasible.
