将117例病人(男52,女65)分为三组:Ⅰ组(42例)测鼻腔洗液SIgA,Ⅱ组(16例)测血清IgG、IgA、IgM;Ⅲ组(59例)测SIgA加血清免疫球蛋白。测定结果:SIgA最高值为25mg％,最低3.4mg％,平均5.2±2.8mg％。22例正常人SIgA平均值为5.0mg％。患者组与对照组比较无显著差异。75例血清免疫球蛋白
One hundred and seventy-one patients (52 males and 65 females) were divided into three groups: Group Ⅰ (42 cases) received nasal washings SIgA; Group Ⅱ (16 cases) serum IgG, IgA and IgM; Group Ⅲ Add serum immunoglobulin. Measurement results: The highest value of SIgA was 25 mg%, the lowest was 3.4 mg%, and the average was 5.2 ± 2.8 mg%. The average value of SIgA in 22 normal people was 5.0mg%.
