于1996年6月11日-21日,本所对经人工繁殖获得的美国大口胭脂鱼培育成的夏花鱼种(3-4cm),在室温条件下(水温在23±1℃),用NaCl配制成不同盐度的试验用水进行了适应性试验。对试验结果初步统计分析表明,该鱼种能在15‰以下盐度环境中存活;在2‰的盐度环境中,鱼种最长能存活9小时,而在25‰的盐度环境中鱼种仅能存活1小时45分钟。结果还表明,若将该鱼种直接从淡水移入各试验盐度中,对高盐度表现出不适应性,即使在15‰的盐度环境中也存在着较明显的死亡率,而采用逐步驯化,则无此不良反应。
From June 11 to June 21, 1996, we cultivated the summer flower species (3-4 cm) from Artemisia brevicauda which was obtained from artificial breeding at room temperature (water temperature 23 ± 1 ℃) with NaCl Formulated into different salinities of the test water adaptability test.
