钙矾石是水泥的一种重要水化产物。经过反复摸索,本研究找出了合成Fe2O3的克分子百分含量从0至100的钙矾石型固溶体的条件。精确测定了含Fe2O3量不同的钙矾石的晶胞参数,并做了失重和差热分析。结果表明:①晶胞参数和热性能随钙矾石中的Fe2O3含量增加而连续变化;②随铁含量的增加,钙矾石晶胞变大;③钙矾石中溶入Fe2O3之后,热稳定性稍有下降,全铁端员差热曲线主吸热谷较全铝端员降低约6℃。
Calcareite is an important hydration product of cement. After repeated explorations, this study identified conditions for the synthesis of erbium-type solid solutions with a percentage of mol% Fe2O3 ranging from 0 to 100. The unit cell parameters of ettringite with different amounts of Fe2O3 were accurately determined, and weight loss and differential thermal analysis were performed. The results show that: 1 The unit cell parameters and thermal properties continuously change with the increase of Fe2O3 content in ettringite; 2 The ettringite unit cell becomes larger with the increase of iron content; 3 The thermal stability is slightly improved after ettringite is dissolved in Fe2O3. With a decrease, the main endothermic valley of the total iron end-differential heat curve is about 6°C lower than that of the whole aluminum endmember.
