为了提高煤炭采出率,保障巷道稳定安全,煤炭开采时通常设计合理的煤柱尺寸。根据留设煤柱的不同作用,将煤柱分为“保护巷道”和“保护地表”2类。基于统一强度理论,分别对2种类型巷道进行弹塑性分析,建立了考虑中间主应力影响的极限强度计算公式,进而得到2类巷道的屈服宽度及煤柱尺寸的统一计算式。运用该公式计算了某矿8214工作面“保护巷道”煤柱尺寸,并与数值计算对比分析,认为护巷煤柱宽度取10 m是合适的。
In order to improve the recovery rate of coal and ensure the stability of the roadway, coal pits are usually designed with reasonable coal pillar size. According to the different roles of the coal pillar, the coal pillar is divided into two categories: protection roadway and ground protection. Based on the unified strength theory, the elastic-plastic analysis of two types of roadways is carried out separately, and the formula for calculating the ultimate strength considering the influence of intermediate principal stress is established. Then the uniform formula of the yield width and coal pillar size for the two types of roadways is obtained. By using this formula, the size of coal pillar in “mine roadway” 8214 working face “protection roadway ” was calculated and compared with the numerical calculation. It is appropriate to take the width of coal pillar in roadway protection to be 10m.
