城市幼儿园所辐射的社区蕴藏着丰富的物质资源可供利用。对杭州市西湖区10所甲级幼儿园教师的抽样调查发现:城市幼儿园教师对社区物质资源的实际利用类型和预期可能利用类型之间既有一致,也有差异。比较一致的社区物质资源主要是餐饮或商店、安全与交通服务机构、公共体育设施和人文历史与科技设施,而因自身特点导致预期较高但实际利用较少的物质资源主要是文化传媒、社会服务机构、日常生活用品交易场所、公共宣传媒体。建议:发挥资源的主体主动性、调整组织策略与活动细节并运用科技手段构建模拟社区。
Urban kindergarten radiation community contains a wealth of material resources available. A sample survey of 10 grade-A kindergarten teachers in West Lake District of Hangzhou found that there are both consistent and different types of utilizations of urban kindergarten teachers for actual use types of community-based material resources. The more consistent community material resources are mainly food and beverage, shops, safety and transportation services, public sports facilities and human history, science and technology facilities. Due to their own characteristics, the material resources that are expected to be higher but are actually less utilized are mainly cultural media, Service agencies, daily necessities trading places, public information media. Suggestions: Give play to the initiative of resources, adjust the details of organizational strategies and activities, and use scientific and technological means to build a simulated community.
