目的探讨MR动态增强联合扩散加权成像对乳腺癌的诊断价值.方法收集12例经手术或穿刺病理证实为乳腺癌患者的MR检查资料,分析病灶的形态学特点、时间—信号强度曲线及表观扩散系数(ADC),总结乳腺癌的MRI特征及其对乳腺癌诊断的价值.结果12例乳腺癌中,10例边缘毛刺征、2例边缘光滑;10例不均匀强化、2均匀强化;时间—信号强度曲线显示8例为I I型、4例为I 型;1例ADC值为1.45X10-3 mm2/s、其余11例均低于1.29 X10-3 mm2/s.结论综合MR动态增强及扩散加权成像对乳腺癌诊断具有重要价值.“,”Objective:To investigate the value of MR dynamic enhancement combined with diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the diagnosis of Breast Cancer. Method: We evaluated the MR data of 12 cases of breast cancer which have been confirmed by surgery or pathology of puncture biopsy, the morphological characteristics, time-signal intensity curve and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) in the focus were analyzed to determine the MRI characteristics of Breast Cancer and its value in the diagnosis of Breast Cancer. Result:There are 10 cases of breast cancer with edge of spiculation while 2 with smooth edge. With respect to intensification on morphology, 10 were uneven, 2 were uniform. Time-signal intensity curve revealed that 8 cases were represented as type I I and 4 cases were type I . One case of the 12 patients presented a ADC value of 1.45X10-3 mm2/s, while the other 11 cases presented a ADC value less than 1.29 X10-3 mm2/s. Conclusion: MR dynamic enhancement combined with diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) is of important value for the diagnosis of Breast Cancer.
