在城镇建设三年大变样取得重大成果的基础上,省委、省政府适时提出了城镇建设三年上水平的新目标,提出要建设宜居、宜游、宜行、宜商、宜乐,富有文化魅力的现代城市。城镇建设三年上水平既是城市建设的任务,也是文化建设的重要内容。从一定意义上讲,城镇建设上水平,也就是城市文化建设上水平。围绕这一新目标,近日,由省文化厅、河北日报社联合主办,省艺术研究所和河北日报文体中心承办的“加快城市文化建设推动城镇建设三年上水平”座谈会在石家庄市举行。来自省内外的专家、学者以文化建设为切入点,积极为我省的城镇建设三年上水平建言献策。
