目的了解南通市区初中生精神成瘾行为状况,为制订干预措施提供科学依据。方法采取二阶段分层整群抽样方法,对南通市区初中生共1 039人进行现场问卷调查。结果南通市区初中生网络成瘾行为总体得分为1.15±1.80(网络成瘾最严重为9分,最轻为0分),其中男生得分(1.37±1.93)高于女生(0.91±1.62),(P<0.001);初三得分(1.56±2.19)高于初一(1.00±1.56)和初二(0.94±1.55),(P<0.001)。赌博行为总体报告率为5.69%,男生(9.37%)高于女生(1.81%),(P<0.05);初三(10.19%)高于初一(2.90%)和初二(4.29%),(P<0.05)。观看色情信息总体报告率为4.32%,男生(7.07%)高于女生(1.41%),(P<0.05);初三(6.79%)高于初二(3.43%)高于初一(2.90%),(P<0.05)。结论精神成瘾行为在南通市区初中生中有一定程度的流行,不能忽视这部分学生的精神健康。
Objective To understand the status of mental addiction among junior high school students in Nantong City and provide a scientific basis for making interventions. Methods A two-stage stratified cluster sampling method was used to survey a total of 1 039 middle school students in Nantong City. Results The scores of internet addiction among junior high school students in Nantong City were 1.15 ± 1.80 (the worst was 0 in internet addiction), and the male score was 1.37 ± 1.93 (0.91 ± 1.62) (P <0.001). The score of the first three days (1.56 ± 2.19) was higher than that of the first day (1.00 ± 1.56) and the first two days (0.94 ± 1.55) (P <0.001). The overall rate of gambling reported was 5.69%, that of boys (9.37%) was higher than that of girls (1.81%) (P <0.05); that of the first three days (10.19%) was higher than that of the first (2.90% (P <0.05). The overall rate of viewing pornographic information was 4.32%, while that of boys (7.07%) was higher than that of girls (1.41%) (P <0.05); that of the first three days (6.79%) was higher than that of the first two days (3.43% ), (P <0.05). Conclusions Psychotic addiction has a certain degree of popularity among junior high school students in Nantong City. The mental health of these students can not be ignored.
