基于目前移动通信基站建设管理模式现状,应用第三方建设的相关概念和理论,提出国内开展第三方承建移动通信基站的可行性。通过过往同类项目建设管理模式分析,结合实际工程建设案例,试图使移动通信基站第三方建设管理模式运用到实际工程中,为今后类似项目建设提供参考。
Based on the current status of the construction and management mode of mobile communication base station construction and application of the related concepts and theories of third-party construction, the feasibility of carrying out third-party construction of mobile communication base stations in China is proposed. Through the past similar project construction management mode analysis, combined with the actual case of construction projects, try to make the third party mobile communication base station construction management mode applied to the actual project, to provide reference for similar projects in the future.
