近年来,在社会急速转型的背景之下,流浪儿童相关的社会性事件不断,流浪儿童这个特殊的边缘群体也日益受到更多关注。但我国流浪儿童救助保护实践及研究起步都较晚,理论研究尚不能满足流浪儿童的救助保护实践的要求,缺乏有效的福利框架指导。通过梳理我国流浪儿童福利框架,发掘现有成效及问题,为进一步思考我国流浪儿童救助政策提供方向。
In recent years, with the rapid social transformation, there have been more social events related to street children and the special marginalized group of street children has also received more and more attention. However, the rescue and protection of homeless children in our country is relatively late. The theoretical research still can not meet the requirements of the rescue and protection of street children, and there is no effective guidance for the welfare framework. By combing the framework of the welfare of street children in our country, we can find out the existing achievements and problems and provide the direction for further thinking about the assistance policy of homeless children in our country.
