近年来,我国市场经济发展一直呈上升趋势,我国水利工程建设也随之得到了进一步发展。在水利工程建设中做好水土保持与水资源管理工作尤为重要,因为水土资源是支撑我国人们生存的重要资源,若水土资源遭到破坏或者出现衰竭,那么将会危及我国国民的生存状况。基于水土资源破坏的影响力,水利工程企业应积极保护水土资源,目前我国部分水利工程企业还未认识到水土资源的重要性,笔者为使水土资源监督管理落到实处,对水保工程质量监督与管理中存在的问题及相应策略展开了研究。
