近日,据权威部门消息透露,国家目前正尽快研究出台《关于带薪休假的具体办法》,以改变长期以来带薪休假制度有名无实的现状。据了解,目前出台的《关于带薪休假的具体办法》对党政机关、事业单位和企业等职工休假的资格条件、时间长短、薪金标准等事宜都做出明确规定。就在国家酝酿出台《关于带薪休假的具体办法》的同时苏州市目前也在全市范围的党政机关以及事业单位推行带薪休假制度。
