为获得离心选矿最佳操作参数,以反冲水流量、分选锥转速、给矿流量和给矿浓度为主要操作参数进行离心分选实验,利用Design-expert软件中的BBD响应曲面模块,建立以主要操作参数为响应变量、以选矿指标为响应因子的预测模型,发现反冲水流量和给矿流量的交互作用对精矿富集响应最显著,给矿流量和给矿浓度的交互作用对精矿回收率响应最显著,据此分析得到最优操作参数,实验验证结果表明:响应曲面法可获得选矿最佳操作参数。
In order to obtain the best operating parameters of centrifugal beneficiation, centrifugal separation experiments were conducted with the main operating parameters of backwash water flow, cone speed, ore flow rate and feed concentration. Using the BBD response surface module in Design-expert software, Taking the main operating parameter as the response variable and the mineral processing index as the response factor, we found that the interaction between the backwash water flow rate and the ore flow rate has the most significant effect on concentrate enrichment, and the interaction between ore flow rate and ore concentration According to the analysis, the optimal operating parameters were obtained. The experimental results show that the response surface method can obtain the best operating parameters for beneficiation.
