较大数量的曼陀罗中毒文献尚少,本文收集15例因误食而致急性中毒,报导如下。临床资料一、一般资料: 男7例,女8例。年龄最小2岁,最大68岁,10岁以下6例,11～20岁4例,40岁以上5例。中毒发生季节为9～11月份。本组误食曼陀罗干花者8例,鲜花1例,果实2例,根茎者4例。误食至中毒症状出现时间最短为20分钟1例,30～60分钟7例,60～120分钟5例,8小时2例。二、临床表现: 起病均急骤,头晕、眼花、躁动不安,9例有谵妄,6例有抽搐,5例膝反射迟钝或消失;消化系统症状有恶心呕吐(4例),口干
