随着我国经济体制的不断完善和改革,中小企业逐渐成为了推动我国国民经济发展的核心力量,并为推动经济全球化的发展做出了巨大的贡献。中小企业公共服务平台是在开放性以及独立性的基础上所建立的一种现代化平台,其以提高中小企业的研发设计、产业创新等为目标,具有独特的功能定位以及组织属性。基于此,本研究将针对中小企业公共服务平台的功能定位与创新进行研究,期望以此来提高中小企业创新能力的提升,推动企业的健康发展。
With the continuous improvement and reform of China’s economic system, SMEs have gradually become the core force for the development of China’s national economy and have made tremendous contributions to the promotion of economic globalization. The SME Public Service Platform is a modern platform established on the basis of openness and independence. It aims to improve the R&D and design of small and medium-sized enterprises and industrial innovation, and has unique functional positioning and organizational attributes. Based on this, the study will focus on the functional positioning and innovation of the SME public service platform, in the hope of improving the innovation capability of SMEs and promoting the healthy development of the enterprise.
