目的检测基质细胞衍生因子-1(SDF-1)和趋化生长因子受体-4(CXCR4)在胶质瘤中的表达,探讨二者在胶质瘤中表达的关系。方法以98例胶质瘤标本作为观察组,50例正常脑组织作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学技术,分别检测SDF-1和CXCR4的表达及在不同分级胶质瘤中表达的关系。结果胶质瘤中SDF-1和CXCR4表达的阳性率明显于正常脑组织,SDF-1和CXCR4的表达与胶质瘤的分级密切相关,且肿瘤中SDF-1和CXCR4的表达呈正相关。结论 SDF-1和CXCR4在胶质瘤发生发展中可能具有协同作用,在肿瘤进展中可能有一定促进作用,联合检测SDF-1和CXCR4可能有助于判断胶质瘤的恶性程度。
Objective To detect the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in gliomas and to explore the relationship between the expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in gliomas. Methods 98 glioma specimens were used as the observation group and 50 normal brain tissues were used as the control group. The expression of SDF-1 and CXCR4 and their correlation with the different grades of glioma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of SDF-1 and CXCR4 in gliomas were significantly higher than those in normal brain tissues. The expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4 were closely related to the grade of gliomas. There was a positive correlation between the expressions of SDF-1 and CXCR4. Conclusions SDF-1 and CXCR4 may have synergistic effect in the development of glioma and may promote the progression of glioma. Combined detection of SDF-1 and CXCR4 may be helpful in judging the malignant degree of glioma.
