在三山岛金矿新立辅助斜坡道高效施工过程中,设备的良好性能和较低的设备故障率是2项重要因素。为了提高铲运机的工作效率,采用在铲运机轮胎上安装防护链的方式来降低铲运机的维修停机时间,提高其设备完好率。经过近半年的实际应用,效果比较理想,取得了良好的综合效益。1 新立辅助斜坡道概况新立辅助斜坡道从新立矿区-176m水平与三山岛矿区-150m中段连通,通过三山岛矿区斜坡道出入地表,辅助斜坡道净断面(三心拱)为4.3m×3.4 m,斜坡道坡度为15%,岩石性质属花岗岩,硬度f=8~12,作业面岩石节理发育不完全。基建期掘进到-400
