本文研究了计算机辅助孔型设计(CARD)中的关键问题及处理方法。根据棒材的轧制特点和现场中的使用情况。建立了一个完整计算机辅助优化孔型设计系统。提出了较好的设计计算方法,获得了令人满意的设计结果。
In this paper, the key problems and processing methods in computer aided hole design (CARD) are studied. According to the bar rolling characteristics and the use of the scene. Established a complete computer-aided optimization of pass design system. Put forward a better design and calculation method, obtained a satisfactory design results.
