目的:通过调查广州中医药大学第一附属医院实行中医专科医师培训质量,分析讨论中医专科医师培训工作中的存在问题,为完善中医专科医师培训工作提供参考。方法:随机抽取培训学员、指导老师、有关管理人员、考核专家填写调查问卷,从组织管理、培训实施、考核机制等几个方面,开展上述群体对中医专科医师培训工作的评价,调查数据采用SPSS19.0统计和简明统计软件进行分析。结果:统计数据显示:在培中医专科医师、带教教师及管理人员对广州中医药大学第一附属医院中医专科医师培训制度实施满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与在培医师对广州中医药大学第一附属医院专科医师培训制度实施满意度相比,管理人员对满意度明显较高(P<0.05)。在培医师和带教老师两者满意度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:中医专科医师培训制度是提高中医医师临床能力有效手段与可行模式,在实践中需要不断修订完善培训标准,考核方式,同时还要加大的管理力度,中医专科医师也要提高认识,正确对待,临床学习中要发挥主观能动性,自主学习。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the problems existing in the training of TCM specialists by investigating the quality of training of TCM specialists in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and to provide reference for improving the training of TCM specialists. Methods: The trainees, the instructors, relevant managers and evaluation experts were randomly selected to fill in the questionnaires. The evaluation of TCM specialist training was carried out from the aspects of organizational management, training implementation and evaluation mechanism. The survey data were analyzed by SPSS19 .0 Statistical and concise statistical software for analysis. Results: Statistics show that there are significant differences in the satisfaction degree of training TCM practitioners in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine (P <0.05) among Chinese medicine specialist, teaching staff and management staff. Compared with the satisfaction of training physicians in implementing the training system of specialists in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine, the satisfaction of managers was significantly higher (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in satisfaction between training physician and teaching teacher (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The training system of TCM specialist is an effective way and feasible mode to improve the clinical ability of Chinese medicine practitioners. In practice, it is necessary to constantly revise and improve the training standards, assessment methods, but also intensify the management efforts. TCM specialists also need to raise their awareness and correctness Treatment, clinical study should play a subjective initiative, self-study.
