文本报告测定血清脂质结合唾液酸(LSA)浓度检测以鼻咽癌为主的一些癌症的研究结果。从正常对照组算得的LSA阴性与阳性判别值为22.0mgSA/dl。正常对照组、慢性鼻咽炎组、良性肿瘤组、鼻咽癌组、肺癌组、肝癌组和其它癌组的LSA均值(mgSA/dl)分别为15.5、17.1、16.7、23.2、26.0、25.8和26.0,阳性率分别为3.9%(3/77)、6.3%(1/16)、20%(1/5)、60%(36/60)、90%(9/10)、66.7%(4/6)和78.9%(15/19);早期(Ⅰ~Ⅱ)和晚期(Ⅲ~Ⅳ)鼻咽癌两组间的LSA均值仅(23.0、23.2)和阳性率[56.5%](13/23)、61.9%(13/21)]均无显著性差异。讨论了血清LSA浓度测定用于检测癌症的可能性。
The text reports the determination of serum lipid-associated sialic acid (LSA) concentrations for the detection of some cancers based on nasopharyngeal cancer. The LSA negative and positive discriminant value calculated from the normal control group was 22.0 mgSA/dl. The mean LSA values (mgSA/dl) in the normal control group, chronic nasopharyngitis group, benign tumor group, nasopharyngeal cancer group, lung cancer group, liver cancer group, and other cancer groups were 15.5, 17.1, 16.7, 23.2, 26.0, 25.8, and 26.0, respectively. The positive rates were 3.9% (3/77), 6.3% (1/16), 20% (1/5), 60% (36/60), 90% (9/10), 66.7% (4/ 6) and 78.9% (15/19); LSA mean (23.0, 23.2) and positive rate [56.5%] (13/23) between nasopharyngeal carcinoma in early stage (I-II) and advanced stage (III-IV) ), 61.9% (13/21)] were not significantly different. The possibility of measuring serum LSA concentration for detecting cancer is discussed.
