采用部分弹性流体动力润滑热分析理论及Ree-Eyring流变学模型对滚滑接触状态下航空合成润滑油的牵引特性进行了较为详细的研究,获得了航空合成润滑油牵引力系数随载荷、滚动速度、润滑油粘度及滑滚比变化的规律,并将计算结果与国外相近的实验结果进行了比较。此外,本文还根据研究结果提出了一种适用于航空高速滚动轴承动力学分析的牵引力系数计算公式。
The traction characteristics of aeronautical synthetic lubricating oil under rolling contact condition were studied in detail by using the theory of partial elastic fluid dynamic lubrication and Ree-Eyring rheological model, and the traction coefficient of aerospace synthetic lubricating oil with load, rolling speed , The viscosity of lubricating oil and the change law of sliding-to-rolling ratio. The calculated results are compared with the experimental results of similar foreign countries. In addition, based on the research results, this paper also presents a formula for calculating the traction coefficient which is suitable for the dynamic analysis of high-speed rolling bearings.
