随着对氧自由基研究的不断深入,许多研究发现肾脏疾病与氧自由基及其所引发的脂质过氧化反应有关。我们测定了尿毒症和肾病综合征患者血浆丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSM-PX)的含量,以了解尿毒症和肾病综合征时机体的脂质过氧化反应及抗氧化系统的改变。
