目的:探讨在产科病房实施人性化护理管理的措施及成效。方法:选取近期在温州医科大学附属第二医院住院分娩的孕产妇共300例,随机均分为两组,对照组行常规护理管理,观察组行人性化护理管理。比较两组护理质量情况及患者满意度情况。结果:观察组护理总评情况、服务态度调查情况、产妇满意度情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将人性化护理管理实施到产科病房中,可满足产科患者的身心需要,促进产妇生活质量的提高,切实改善护理质量,深化和推进了整体护理工作,从而取得理想的社会效益和经济效益。
Objective: To explore the measures and effectiveness of humanized nursing management in maternity wards. Methods: A total of 300 pregnant women who were hospitalized and delivered in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were selected and divided into two groups at random. The control group received routine nursing management and observation group pedestrianized nursing management. The quality of care and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The observation group nursing care situation, service attitude survey, maternal satisfaction were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of humanized nursing management into maternity wards can meet the physical and psychological needs of obstetric patients, improve the quality of life of pregnant women, effectively improve the quality of nursing, deepen and promote the overall nursing work, so as to achieve the desired social and economic benefits .
