目的建立延龄草提取物HPLC指纹图谱。方法采用Aglient C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(95∶5),检测波长:238 nm,流速:1 m L·min~(-1)。采用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2004A版)对其进行了相似度计算。结果以有效成分薯蓣皂苷元为标准品,建立延龄草提取物的色谱指纹图谱,确定7个共有峰为特征峰。以共有模式为参照进行相似度分析,10批延龄草提取物的HPLC色谱指纹图谱的相似度均大于0.95。结论 10批供试品各共有峰的相对保留时间、相对峰面积均具有较好的重现性,所选的共有峰能较全面地反映供试样品的信息。
Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Trillium extract. Methods Aglient C 18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol - water (95:5). The detection wavelength was 238 nm and the flow rate was 1 m L · min -1. The similarity of Chinese traditional medicine chromatographic fingerprint similarity evaluation system (2004A version) was calculated. Results The chromatographic fingerprints of Trillium chinense were established by using diosgenin as the standard. The seven common peaks were identified as the characteristic peaks. Similarity analysis was carried out by using the common mode as reference. The similarity of HPLC chromatographic fingerprints of 10 batches of Trillium chinense extracts were all greater than 0.95. Conclusion The relative retention time and the relative peak area of all the common peaks in 10 batches of test products all have good reproducibility. The selected common peak can reflect the information of test samples more completely.
