本文初步研究了一水硬铝石型铝土矿盐酸浸出脱铁过程的表观动力学.结果表明,浸出速率随温度升高而明显加快,随酸度增大而有所加快.当x≤0.20,浸出过程速率由界面化学反应控制,当x=0.20~0.80,速率过程由多孔固体中的液膜非稳态扩散控制.
In this paper, the apparent kinetics of the leaching process of diaspore from diaspore bauxite was studied preliminarily. The results show that the leaching rate increases obviously with the increase of temperature, but increases with the increase of acidity. When x≤0.20, the rate of leaching process is controlled by interfacial chemical reaction. When x = 0.20 ~ 0.80, the rate process is controlled by the unsteady diffusion of liquid film in porous solid.
