中共十四属五中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展“九五”计划和2010年远景目标的建议》,为中国描绘出一幅跨世紀的宏伟蓝图。共青团中央召开常委会已布置全团学习贯切五中全会精神。各地青年团组织普遍反映,《建议》给青年上了一堂国情课,极大地鼓舞了青年的士气。我们就青年同志在学习中提出的一些问题,请教了国务院研究室主任、经济学家王梦奎教授。 The 14th Five-Year Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee’s “Proposal on Formulating the Ninth Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Vision for 2010” adopted by the Fifth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, drawing a grand blueprint for China across the century. The Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League has arranged the entire group to study and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session. Youth organizations all over the world generally reported that the “Proposal” has given youth a national curriculum, which has greatly encouraged the morale of young people. As for some of the questions put forward by our young people in their studies, we consulted with Professor Wang Mengkui, director of the Research Department of the State Council and economist.
