１９９０～１９９８年，我院共发生５例医源性输尿管损伤，采用双Ｊ管治疗，效果良好。现报告如下。一般资料：本组男２例，女３例；年龄３８～７２岁，平均４８岁。５例为下段输尿管离断伤或大部断离伤，其中１例于直肠癌根治术后１天发现损伤，１例于左半结肠癌根治术中发现?
From 1990 to 1998, a total of 5 cases of iatrogenic ureteral injury occurred in our hospital, with double J tube treatment, the effect is good. The report is as follows. General information: The group of 2 males and 3 females; aged 38 to 72 years, mean 48 years. 5 cases were the lower ureteral rupture or most of the rupture, of which 1 case was found damaged one day after radical resection of the rectum and 1 case was found in the left colon cancer radical operation.
