当前人参生产上存在的主要問題是:病害严重,品种混杂,产量不高。在老参区一般因病害减产30%以上,新栽参区病害也相当严重。看来,通过杂交育种的途径,选育出抗病、丰产、优质的新品种,是进一步提高产量和质量的主要关鍵之一。但杂交之前,必須詳細研究人参开花习性及杂交技术,才能順利开展工作。为此,作者于1960年、1962年进行了試驗观察,現将結果报道如下。材料及方法本試驗以吉林省农家品种大馬牙(3~5年生)作材料,1960年在吉林省特产研究所(左家地区),分别于田間参畦中檐,选定植株,进行出苗至始花期所需天数,一昼夜开花情况,单花序、单花朵开花情况的观察;又以同样材料、方
At present, the main problems in the production of ginseng are: serious diseases, mixed varieties, and low yields.
