给出了一种基于C8051f060微控制器和RTX-51 Tiny小型实时操作系统的船舶管系模拟器数据采集系统实现方案,描述了硬件组成和基于RTX-51 Tiny的软件设计方法。各采集模块利用SOC混合集成电路微控制器,开关量输入、输出电路采用光电耦合隔离及并-串/并-串转换技术,模拟量输入、输出使用隔离放大器及串行控制多路D/A技术,各采集模块及模拟仿真计算机采用CAN总线构成局域网,较好地实现了船舶管系系统设备状态的采集、参数显示和通信功能。
A data acquisition system for ship pipe simulator based on C8051f060 microcontroller and RTX-51 Tiny small real-time operating system is presented. The hardware composition and software design method based on RTX-51 Tiny are described. The acquisition module uses SOC hybrid integrated circuit microcontroller, digital input and output circuit using optical coupling isolation and parallel - serial / parallel - serial conversion technology, analog input and output isolation amplifier and serial control of multi-channel D / A Technology, the acquisition module and the simulation computer constitute a local area network using the CAN bus to better achieve the ship piping system equipment status acquisition, parameter display and communication functions.
