胃黏膜细胞癌(印戒细胞癌)是起源于胃腺颈部未分化干细胞的一种上皮来源的恶性肿瘤,是较为特殊的一类胃癌,主要表现在病理组织形态和生物学行为上,在通常的胃黏膜活检中,胃黏液细胞癌在各种类型病变中检出率较高,因此,掌握胃黏膜活检中黏液细胞癌的病变特点,总结其临床病理特征,预防在工作中误诊、漏诊是非常必要的。本研究从临床和病理两方面报告如下。
Gastric mucosal cell carcinoma (signet-ring cell carcinoma) is an epithelial-derived malignant tumor of undifferentiated stem cells originating from the glandular gland. It is a special type of gastric cancer that mainly manifests in the histopathological and biological behavior. Gastric mucosal biopsy, gastric mucinous cell carcinoma in all types of lesions in the detection rate is higher, therefore, grasping gastric mucosal biopsy in the characteristics of mucinous cell carcinoma, summarize its clinical and pathological features, to prevent misdiagnosis at work, missed diagnosis very necessary. This study reports from the clinical and pathological aspects are as follows.
