目的:探讨中药清热解毒法联合化疗治疗晚期消化道癌的疗效。方法:将82例晚期胃肠癌分为两组,治疗组42例,口服中药清热解毒方并用化疗DDP+5-Fu方案。对照组40例单用化疗DDP+5-Fu方案,21d重复。结果:治疗组治疗后白细胞、NK细胞活性、血清CEA值的变化、Kamofsky评分的变化及2～3年生存率与对照组比较,差异均有显著性。结论:对晚期消化道癌患者应用中西药结合治疗,有增效、减毒、提高免疫力的作用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine detoxification combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer. Methods: 82 cases of advanced gastrointestinal cancer were divided into two groups, the treatment group 42 cases, oral administration of Qingrejiedu side with chemotherapy DDP +5-Fu program. Control group, 40 cases of chemotherapy alone DDP + 5-Fu program, 21d repeat. Results: The change of leukocyte, NK cell activity, serum CEA value, Kamofsky score and survival rate of 2 to 3 years after treatment in the treatment group were significantly different from those in the control group. Conclusion: The treatment of advanced gastrointestinal cancer patients with traditional Chinese and western medicine, with synergies, attenuated, improve immunity.
