对7根HRB500级低成本高性能钢筋混凝土梁进行正截面试验研究,分析HRB500级高性能钢筋与高强混凝土匹配下梁的破坏形态、变形和承载力特点,研究现行规范的承载力、裂缝宽度和挠度等计算公式对HRB500级高性能钢筋混凝土梁的适用性。结果表明:HRB500级低成本高性能钢筋混凝土梁承载力实测值略大于计算值,梁裂缝间距实测值小于规范计算值;裂缝宽度实测值与计算值相近但互有大小,其计算不能直接套用现行规范公式;而挠度的实测值大于规范计算值,在规范公式基础上给出了梁挠度计算的修正系数。
Section test of seven HRB500 low-cost and high-performance reinforced concrete beams, the failure mode, deformation and bearing capacity characteristics of HRB500 high-performance steel bars and high-strength concrete are analyzed. The results show that the measured value of HRB500 low-cost and high-performance reinforced concrete beam is slightly larger than the calculated value, and the measured value of beam crack spacing is less than the standard calculated value. The measured value of crack width is similar to the calculated value but different from each other. The standard deviation of the deflection is calculated. The measured value of the deflection is larger than the standard value. Based on the formula, the correction factor of beam deflection is given.
