从泵组高效运行的角度,对配置小流量水泵及气压水罐的变频调速恒压供水系统进行特性分析,给出了小流量工况点,即变频调速恒压供水与气压给水分界点的确定方法。根据该点相关参数和水气压给水理论,计算确定小流量水泵及气压水罐。并通过实例分析得出:小流量水泵的额定流量为主泵额定流量的1/4~1/3,额定扬程为主泵额定扬程的80%~90%。系统中设备均在高效区内工作,达到了节能降耗的目的。
From the perspective of efficient pump operation, this paper analyzes the characteristics of frequency control and constant pressure water supply system with small flow pump and air pressure water tank, and gives the point of small flow rate operation, namely, the frequency conversion constant pressure water supply and air pressure water supply boundary Point to determine the method. According to the relevant parameters of the point and water pressure water supply theory, the calculation and determination of small flow pumps and pressure tank. And through the case study, it is concluded that the rated flow of the low flow pump is 1/4 ~ 1/3 of the rated flow of the main pump, and the rated lift is 80% ~ 90% of the rated head of the main pump. Equipment in the system are working in high-efficiency area, to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.
