该研究是国家“七五”科技攻关项目《大型露天铁矿控制爆破技术与爆破器材的研究》中的一个主要专题。在南芬铁矿和水厂铁矿同时进行试验研究。 南芬铁矿:①采用先进装药车预装药,进行了八次50—81万吨的大区微差爆破,其中最大一次爆破量达81.1万吨,创我国露天矿大区微差爆破规模的最高记录;②按照总成本最低的原则,提出了一套计算机优化爆破参数和炸药品种选择的模型与计算程序;③开发研究成功了异步分区起爆大规模干扰降震技术,应用该技术可使爆破段数增加到3~4倍,一次爆破量可达80~100万吨,爆破地震效应降低率最高达59%。在矿岩中平均降震率为28.6%。
