本文构建了一个节能型技术创新中的企业决策模型,运用动态创新均衡的比较分析方法,借助于技术创新影响能源需求变化的替代效应、产出效应和产品需求效应三个概念,分析了三种效应大小和方向变化的主要决定因素;讨论了企业采用技术创新的可行性以及政府规制性采用时的结果。分析指出,创新过程中最终能源需求会由于三种效应的大小变化和方向改变或增加或减小;能源消耗强度也可能增加或者减小;较低的能源相对价格能够引起更大程度的能源节约。
This paper constructs an enterprise decision-making model in energy-saving technology innovation, uses dynamic and balanced analysis of comparative analysis, and uses technology innovation to influence the substitution of energy demand changes, output effects and product demand effects. The main determinants of effect size and direction change; discusses the feasibility of adopting technological innovation by enterprises and the results of government regulatory adoption. The analysis pointed out that in the process of innovation, final energy demand will change or increase or decrease due to changes in the magnitude and direction of the three effects; energy consumption intensity may also increase or decrease; lower energy relative prices can lead to greater energy savings .
